the problem

YOU’ve done the work…
BUT THE RESULTS HAVEn’t FOLLOWED.

You have taken lessons.
Hit endless buckets of balls.
Watched all the videos.
Bought the latest clubs.
And your game has not improved.

The gap between honest effort and lack of results is not a mystery. The compensations your body is making to force a body position that you can’t get into.

What has been missing is someone who can assess the body, and measure exactly where it is holding back your swing. The answer was never another generic swing tip. It was always the body producing the swing.

the difference

Advanced GOLF SPECIFIC
physiotherapy Assessment

Nasan Mohajeri the Golf Performance Physio and Founder of Action Potential Golf

“Golfers shouldn’t have to waste time and money trying to improve their swing without ever looking at the body producing it.

As a golfer and a Physiotherapist, I wanted someone to evaluate my swing and my body together. I wanted a program built from that data, with training that was golf specific and programming designed to build club head speed, where every hour I invested translated directly to my game. That combination did not exist in the way that I wanted it to.

So I built it.

I designed the APG Method around two questions: what is your body actually capable of, and how does the body show up in your golf swing? We uncover the answers in your Blueprint Assessment.”

Nasan is a Registered Physiotherapist with 16 years of clinical experience and TITLEIST PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE certifications across four disciplines at the highest level available.

THE journey

The Blueprint Assessment is the starting point. Not the destination.

Every client begins the same way. With comprehensive body and swing data. What happens next is determined entirely by what that data reveals.

Step 1

THE BLUEPRINT ASSESSMENT

Every Action Potential Golf client begins here. No exceptions. Nasan assesses your body against the specific demands of your swing using the APG Method, identifying exactly what’s holding back your game, and causing compensations or even pain. Force Plates, Launch Monitor, 3D Motion Capture, mobility screens, biomechanical evaluation, and Power Testing. Every relevant number, measured. From there he prescribes your Performance Pathway.

step 2

PERFORMANCE PATHWAY sessions

Your Blueprint data gets translated into a personalized plan of action and this is where the real work happens. Nasan prescribes a clinical program that consists of Performance Pathway Sessions. Each session is a 60-minute Golf Performance Physiotherapy session, building the power, mobility, and movement patterns to reduce injury risk. The session frequency is determined by your Blueprint Assessment data, your goals, and what the results show. After a minimum of three months, Nasan will reassess to measure your gains and determine what comes next.

What the Blueprint Assessment
actually uncovers.

The Blueprint Assessment produces an objective picture of your body and your swing that has never existed before.

No guesswork. No opinion. Objective data. A clear path forward.

Here’S what goes into building it.

BODY DATA

Golf Performance Physiotherapy Mobility Screen

GOLF mobility SCREEN

Identifies your golf-specific movement patterns, where your restrictions are, and helps answer why your body keeps producing the same swing patterns no matter what you try.

Golf Physiotherapy. Manual Therapy

MANUAL biomechanical evaluation

A clinical hands-on evaluation that identifies exactly which tissue, joint, or movement pattern could be the physical cause behind your swing fault.

Med Ball Throw Power Testing

POWER TESTING

Measures the strength, speed, and power of your core, upper, and lower body to identify exactly where and how your power is generated.

SWING data

4D Motion Capture

3D MOTION CAPTURE

Measures how your body sequences through the swing to identify exactly where the breakdown is happening that is costing you speed.

Force Plate Data

force plates

Measures exactly how you are using the ground to generate power. This is the foundation of an athletic golf swing, contributing greatly to create speed and consistency.

launch monitor

Captures club and ball speeds, impact location, descent angle, carry distance, spin rate, club path and much much more. These numbers reveal exactly what your body is delivering to the club and ball.

A CLEAR PATH FORWARD

No guesswork. No opinion.
Objective data.

the proof

THE SYSTEM BEHIND THE WORLD'S BEST GOLFERS.

TPI, the Titleist Performance Institute, has spent decades building and validating the world's leading system for connecting the body to the golf swing.

TPI Certified Experts work with 18 of the last 20 Major Champion winners and 24 of the top 30 players in the world.

The APG Method is built on that same clinical framework. Applied at the tour level. Now available in the lower Mainland, BC, interpreted by a Registered Physiotherapist with 16 years of clinical experience.

This is not a replacement for your golf lessons. It is the layer that has been missing underneath them. When your body and your coach are working from the same objective data, swing changes stop being a guessing game and start being a measurable process.

This is the assessment your game has been missing.

Results

What the data has revealed for golfers like you.

  • “I've been golfing for a long time, and one of the most frustrating things has been feeling like I was always working on the same swing issues year after year. I'd take lessons, hit balls, watch videos, and make changes, but it often felt like I was fighting my body more than improving my swing.

What I didn't realize was that some of the positions I was trying to get into simply weren't available to me physically.

Going through the Blueprint was a real eye-opener. For the first time, I could actually see how my mobility, stability, and movement patterns were affecting my swing. Instead of guessing why certain things kept happening, I finally had answers.

What impressed me most was how Nasan connected everything together. He showed me how my body and my swing were directly related. A lot of things started making sense almost immediately.

I left with a clear understanding of what I need to work on and why. It wasn't a generic assessment. It felt like a personalized roadmap built around how my body actually moves.

If you're a golfer who's spent years trying to fix the same problems and wondering why nothing seems to stick, the Blueprint gives you clarity you will not get from a lesson, a YouTube video, or a bucket of balls.”

    -Nathan, 43

  • “For years, my answer to losing distance was to swing harder. Muscle the club. Force more out of what I had. It was the wrong answer, and nobody told me that until Nasan.

The Blueprint Assessment showed that my hips were not rotating properly. Nasan prescribed specific exercises to improve that rotation and taught me how to use right foot pressure to get more out of my swing.

I am in my late seventies. For the first time, someone looked at what my body was actually doing instead of just my swing.”

    -Shawn, 76

  • “I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Action Potential Golf today.

From the detailed intake form to the cutting-edge technology, like 3D motion capture, launch monitors, force plates, and TPI-certified evaluations, every aspect was top-notch.

Nasan combined comprehensive physical evaluations with all the golf specific metrics he collected to precisely pinpoint areas that immediately helped my game.

If you're serious about improving your golf game, this is a must. Highly recommended!”

    -Josh, 43

collaboration

We Work alongside golf professionals,
not instead of them.

The swing is taught by the coach. The body producing the swing is assessed and programmed by Nasan. When both are working from the same objective data, the client has the best chance for successful swing changes and their best golf.

Action Potential Golf removes the physical ceiling that can prevent swing changes from working, even with great golf instruction.

If you are a PGA teaching professional in the Lower Mainland and you are interested in how Action Potential Golf can support your clients, connect with Nasan directly.
